I forgot to apply a discount to my order! Can you help?

Depending on the discount offer, we can it for you in the form of a refund to your order. Please email us at hello@kimandono.com your Order ID and information of the discount code for fast processing. Once we apply the refund, you will receive a separate email notification. Please kindly note, it typically takes up to 7 business days for a refund to be posted in your account, depending on your bank/credit card company.


If the promotion period has already passed or if the promotion states that code must be entered for discount to redeem, we may not be able to honor the discount anymore.
