If your order has not been processed, you can make any changes to your order by clicking the 'EDIT OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER' button on your order status page or at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
The original order will immediately be canceled as soon as you confirm to edit the order, and you can continue to edit the order as you like. You will be asked to complete checkout again for the changes to apply, which will result in a new order. We have found this to be the quickest and most accurate way for our customers to make changes to their orders.
Once your order is processed, it means that it's been shipped and literally out of our hands, and we are unable to make any changes to your order.
